Privacy policy

Visitors. We use cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics and do not sell personal data. Ella Habla is not available in the United Kingdom.

Creators. We process your stage name, country, contact, profile links, the photos you upload and the result of your identity and age verification, only to evaluate your application and publish the profile you approve. Appearing in this directory may reveal data about your sex life and verification uses biometric data: these are sensitive data under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (art. 5) and Ecuador's LOPDP, and we process them only with your express, separate consent. Identity documents and selfies are held by the verification provider, not by us; we keep only "verified: yes/no", the date and the provider.

Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time at [email protected].
